Do I need remove the texture in the background and
cut few smudges to simplify it...Is that too busy?
Any thoughts?

wooo... nicely done... i don't think is too busy.... but can u post one without texture for comparison?
still bring up the description up more so it's not so far apart from the rest... coz it's so small u will miss it. or maybe switch the place with the alphabets?

somethign is fighting your text though. it might be your background or something..
